Excellent service

I've held a current account with Metrobank for many years. It's so convenient to use branches as they have extended opening hours at a time when so many other banks are constantly closing branches. The staff are always friendly and professional and I've bever had to queue for 20mins plus as in other bank branches. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Good experiences overall

I usually have a good experience when I visit the bank and their interest rates are really good. However, there is always a massive queue as their branches are always understaffed and the staff in them don't seem to be trained properly as it takes them ages to do simple tasks like printing a new card. Long term customer
