Excellent Service

I was recommended Metro bank by a friend and I couldn’t resist. Main reason was the fact that you could use your card abroad and not pay any charges unlike other high street banks. I am french so that benefits me a lot when I go there. Never been left waiting when attending a branch and the service has always been excellent at my local Branch (BEXLEYHEATH), so I also recommended my sister to open an account there and 1 for her son. Best Banking EVER!!!

Metro always go above and beyond for its customers. They are available basically 24/7 and do all they can to assist their customers. All my family are now banking with Metro as their main bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Poor Customer Service In Branch (Slough)

Generally speaking everything is good. It all falls apart when you visit the Slough Branch. Drive Thru - ALWAYS Out Of Order - with NO Clear message or return date. Always a que inside the branch & I generally find the customer service pretty poor. The Staff always seem to be walking around & chatting amongst themselves - leaving you feeling dis-satisfied with the service being offered. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Friendliest bank ever

Nothing seems to much for the guys at the Peterborough branch, so friendly and efficient. My son loves going to use the cash counter and always ends up with a few lollipops. Loosing a card is so easy as they can produce a new one in 10mins. Great bank glad I moved from Santander. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
