metro bank is the best bank i have ever been with!!!

Allways a pleasure bamking with metro bank. They make it so much easier than the normal banking groups. The customer service starts from the moment you walk through the door. Someone is allways on hand to greet you and attend to your need. Having needed a replacement card on quite a few occasions i have walkedd into my local branch and walked back out with my new card within 10 min. You wont get that service anywhere else. Excellent bank

I swapped to metro bank from santander 5 years ago when my local branch shut down. I wanted a bank that I could get to see as I work away Monday till Friday. And it's the best thing I ever did. Can go anytime on a weekend to sort anything out and fraud team are outstanding as I had my card cloned and they phoned me to tell me before I had even left the store where it happened. Of all the banks that I've had accounts with in the last 20yrs, they are by far the easiest to contact. By phone you speak to actual humans, who explain things in a way that is easy to understand, and if any has gone wrong (my details were used by someone when I purchased something online during lockdown), they notice the problem before it caused me a loss of money and gave me lots of tips to make online spending safer. Also they have dog biscuits in the branches which is lovely. I recommend them to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Always there when I need them

Having a bank that is open 7 days a week is a huge help. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The little extras aimed at kids are great, my children love going to deposit their savings. The app is user friendly and enables me to keep on top of my finances on the go.
