Can always rely to solve my problem

Everytime I’ve had an issue with my card, metro bank have been able to solve my issue straight away from the comfort off my home as I could just call the customer service number and they would offer excellent help straight away. Colleagues take the time to listen and help

I love how at Metro Bank you can walk in with an issue and within the hour this can be sorted and you leave with all information needed, where other banks this would take up to weeks or sometimes months. What more could you ask for?

A bank that is open seven days a week and more importantly is open late most evenings. Not so long ago my bank card stopped working as it should, preventing me from purchasing anything in my local supermarket. I also tried to get money from the ATM to pay for my goods without success, and so I visited my local Metro Bank to report that my card wasn't working. I expected to be without the means to buy anything for a few days, so imagine my surprise when they asked me to take a seat for a short while, and after what seemed to be very little time at all I was presented with a replacement card that I could use straight away! I have had accounts with a few banks over the last 45 years or so, but this is the first bank that I feel is looking after ME for a change. The mobile banking app is brilliant, while the drive-thru deposit window was a piece of inspired thinking as not everyone is able to cope with 'strangers' in an enclosed space. Old school banking for a modern world

You actually get to talk to people at Metro Bank and the service is always first class. Its also the only bank to provide safety deposit boxes in their branches plus with 7-days opening its so convenient. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Terrific Bank
