Efficient and helpful

After I had issues with setting up a direct debit (due to u der 16 account) I went into the bank to find out why. The staff there were extremely polite and helped me get a new current account set up and useable quickly while also making sure I understood what was happening. Overall they worked extremely efficiently as I was there longer than an hour and just showed respect and professionalism. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
