Another easy rate switch with Olly!

I've dealt with Oliver Taki for a number of rate switches now and he's always friendly and professional. He takes time to make sure I understand the rates before choosing the most appropriate option for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Had a great chat with Leon about options

Excellent service from start to finish

Leon was excellent from start to finish. He was very personable, very informative and went the extra mile to always keep me updated on my application. Leon has always been amazing.

Mortgage Renewal

Having come to an end of my mortgage term I contacted the society for options. I had previously received advice from Ollie (Taki) 2 years ago when renewing my mortgage switch, so requested to speak with him. Straight away he remembered me, and took time in listening to my needs again. We discussed my options and he gave me all the options available, but most of all he listened to me and understood my needs without giving any hard sell. He was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable, caring to my needs and very professional. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
