Had a great chat with Leon about options

Leon has always been amazing.

Mortgage Renewal

Having come to an end of my mortgage term I contacted the society for options. I had previously received advice from Ollie (Taki) 2 years ago when renewing my mortgage switch, so requested to speak with him. Straight away he remembered me, and took time in listening to my needs again. We discussed my options and he gave me all the options available, but most of all he listened to me and understood my needs without giving any hard sell. He was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable, caring to my needs and very professional. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Additional Mortgage

The mortgage advisor Michelle Groves was very good and efficient. We had to wait a few weeks before she could hold the meeting with us. However she had done a very good job in getting all the information and documentation needed prior to the meeting, So we received our mortgage offer within two weeks of the meeting which was excellent.
