I opened the Celebration Savings Account, with our local Monmouthshire Building Society, via phone & post which was made possible and easy by Neil, The Branch Manager. Neil is always very helpful, friendly and rings back when he says he will with any information and follows up with written confirmation, by post. I've been very impressed with Monmouthshire Building Society and will always look here first, should I need any of their services, in the future. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Pleasant staff. Very helpful and friendly and when needed they explain simply and easily. The office is very accessible, light and on one of the main streets near useful carparks. All in all provides an excellent experience. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025
