Great customer service and loyalty savings offers

I have been using MBS for years. The personal customer service at my local Chepstow branch is second to none. There are regular savings offers for loyal customers. I have recommended them to 4 members of my family who all now save with them. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Top-quality service at the Monmouthshire BS

I have nothing but praise for the Monmouthshire Building Society - and particularly the staff in their Caerleon Road, Newport, branch. I am known and addressed by name every time I visit and staff are friendly and interested. They are extremely helpful and are ambassadors for the Society. I don't often visit other branches, but when I have in the past I have received the same helpful care.
