I have only ever had positive experiences with Monzo.

I have only ever had positive experiences with Monzo. From app features to rates to dealing with customer service. The rates have become less favourable but still good in comparison with other providers. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Monzo for fraud protection

I was recently the victim of fraud. Four of my banking apps were accessed by the thief. Monzo was the only one to prevent any fraudulent transactions. They were also the first to get me set up again with a new, safe app and a new bank card. Bravo Monzo! Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

New Monzo customer

I recently opened Monzo account and have fallen in love with it. I actually moved most of my savings there now as they have competitive interest rates and I love the saving pots options. I also like the option to set your safe places and the fact that you can invest the money you get from the interest on your saving accounts. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025
