Best bank

I love Monzo! I love how I can manage pots and payments between pots. Its amazing that I can get cash in any cash machine without extra fee. Payments are going one second. Brilliant notifications and very nice rounds up option. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

My main bank and never looked back

I've used Monzo since 2017 and made them my main account as soon as it was possible. They've lead the way with modern day banking with real time notifications, clear budgeting tools and very fast customer service Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Helped me help myself

Monzo keeps getting better!

Banking without the faff, fuss, and frustration of the high street. Budgeting and saving via pots is brilliant, and connecting other accounts to Monzo brings great insights to spending. Customer service is friendly and prompt, even in the middle of the night :-) Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Great UX, simple and to the point

We have been using Monzo for years. We originally just used them for a fee-free holiday but since then we have cancelled our other accounts using their switch service and fully moved to Monzo for banking. We have both a joint account and private. During covid we lost out on a holiday worth £2k that the funds were sent to an old account which is closed. Monzo we’re fast to respond and because we had used their switch service, it auto-bounced to our account! Completely faff free. The use of ‘Pots’ is perfect for money management. We currently set direct debits up to certain pots and have roundups activated to pool our change into a savers. I’d recommend everybody to switch to Monzo - perfect everyday banking service.
