Avoid. There are better banks out there.

Monzo was great until someone made an unauthorized purchase using my wife's card through Trainline. It was a nightmare trying to get it resolved with Monzo, who were then happy to side with Trainline, despite the horrible feedback they've received due to their shady business practices and awful customer support. I would advise people looking for a mobile bank to look elsewhere. There are better app/banks/platforms out there that wont completely screw you when life happens. Don't risk going with Monzo. I think Monzo are fantastic, not only is the bank easy to use and the app is straight forward but the products have amazing incentives and what other bank can you talk to an actual customer service representative within minutes? Honestly would not recommend anyone else! Only negative I’d say is the website is not great at all compare to the app. Reviewed on: 7th January 2022
