For me, the Monzo app / current account just keeps getting better. This account has helped me save for the right things, organise and control my money, and make it fun. They're always quick and polite to interact with if things go wrong, and fixes always come quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone, they're fantastic. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Fast, secure, user friendly and approachable

I have various fintech bank accounts, but Monzo is bar far the best. Easy to navigate, fast to load and very secure. On the I've occasion I had a query, I got connected within seconds, and my issue was resolved within 3 minutes. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

I'm in my forties and I wasn't sure about Monzo at first. It semed a bit gimicky and all too popular with students to be of interest to me (or so I thought). Actually the app has been a great was of keeping track of my everyday spending. It's not perfect, perhaps more of a 4.5 than a 5 star app (there is room for more control of how you view and expoert the data, assign expenditure, etc) but it was also really easy to setup, so I think they deserve a five star review and I look forward to seeing how the app/service improves over time. They have integrated their banking app with the 21st century use of smart phones. Instant notifications, lightening quick transactions, excellent customer service. There’s never been a better bank. Reviewed on: 5th September 2021

Forgotten what they set out to do

While Monzo is and remains the best current account out there; they are very quickly turning into a big corp who just cares about profit and money. Limiting open banking, where you can see all your accounts in one (which is free) to only paying customers is a feature of them losing their touch. For what they did set out to be, was absolutely amazing. However ever so slowly they are losing my trust in trying to be the best. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
