Customer Service is Awful

Years ago it was great, however the support agents are now just glorified receptionists, you have to wait for days for a 'specialist' to actually do anything, and in the mean time you get passed between about six different people. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

I love everything about it, from the brand, tone of voice, features etc. I've never been able to save and since having Monzo I finally have visibility into my spending and the budgeting feature helps me stay on track. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Monzo are absolutely amazing - cannot recommend them enough. Their mobile app is second to none, quick, user friendly. Saving pots features are the best in the market and their customer service is impeccable. Wouldn't bank anywhere else :) Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Monzo is great. I would recommend it to everyone, it day-to-day operation is perfect! There is only a couple of things I would like to see from them: an ethical investment guarantee and better integration with Quickbooks and Xero. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
