Customer service downhill badly.

Customer service downhill badly. Used to be world class but focus too much on repetitive responses, difficult to chat to a human, the chat bot is absolutely terrible. Just let me talk to someone like I used to be able to. Clearly has not coped well with the popularity and growth. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
