Great experience, really highlights how terrible legacy banks are

Best Customer Services

My bank card got lost and I reported it to them through their chat section on their app. They blocked my lost card and send me a new card within 48 hours. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great bank

I have only had good experiences with Monzo, however I would like it if there were more “branches” to be able to deposit cash abs cheques. But overall great service, friendly staff and an easy mobile app to follow which everything at your fingertips. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy, Simple, Modern

Great bank, good customer service. Everything is so easy. Also great for travel. Just a modern way of banking, when I was with one of the other more traditional banks I would get frustrated how complicated or difficult things were, like having to go to branch or phone them, Monzo is so easy. Magnificent Monzo

Great bank, great experience

Monzo was the first true smart bank for the people. The big ones are now trying to keep up but just steal ideas and have no innovation of their own. I've been with Monzo since the beginning and with them until the end. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Brilliant bank - love them
