Excellent banking application

I have used Monzo for several years for the day-to-day expenses. The interface is pleasant and intuitive. It has a lot of functionality to classify credits and debits and a good summary function. Its confirmation process makes internet payments safer. The paid-for premium package has temporary cards for internet payments, which is an important safety feature for me. Tone of voice and brand stands out from any other corporate company I know. Innovative, bold, friendly, customer at heart of all decisions, outstanding customer experience, efficiency, simplicity, easy to do business with are all words that spring to mind when I think about my personal experience I've had with Monzo. I place so much trust in any company that handles my money, so taking the leap of faith to trust a new bank was not a decision I took lightly. But it was worth the risk, I have no regrets. Love the bank and what you can organise with them!

Best bank I've ever had or heard about. I'm much more organised in my finances now and can see where i spend money. 24hour help text, and plenty of help sections if you need them. They are always happy to help however small the query. Not like an average bank at all Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
