Monzo reveals big banks apathy

Who knew a card could be frozen so easily and transactions shown immediately! As for pots, they are probably one of the best things to prevent some frauds. The big banks just can't be bothered, instead relying on customer inertia to make their money. It's the likes of Monzo that affect banking like Tesla affect other car companies, forcing them to innovate where innovation would never have occurred otherwise, for that Monzo has my loyalty!
