Perfect for me

Excellent UX & Customer Service

I’ve been using Monzo since I first moved to the UK, and it’s genuinely refreshing how good and accessible the UX + customer service is. Compared to my old Aussie banks, it’s a lot easier to navigate and I love the pro-active notifications for deductions and helping me plan my monthly expenditure. Whenever I’ve had issues Monzo’s local call centre are straight on the phone for me (no 2 hour waits) and I’ve never been disappointed in an experience with them. I also really enjoy that they have an open forum where people can vote for ideas on how to improve the Monzo app. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Love monzo bank be fantastic and so easy and even if have issue brilliant to deal with too.

What banking should be.

Helped me manage money better

Since getting my Monzo account, the various features and ease of use of the account have meant that I am debt free for the first time in my adult life. It's been a revelation. Being able to use pots, plus the immediate nature of debits when using the card have really helped. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy to use, customer focussed and a market leader

Look, all the other banks have started to replicate a lot of the features Monzo offers: lost card freezing, payment notifications, pots and more. It's a market leader when it comes to banking. It makes sorting money on pay day easy, something I don't have to think about. I like that I don't have ton log in every second I want to look at my finances. It's simple and easy to use unlike other banking apps. The customer service support throughs the app is fantastic and again, easy to use.
