Whenever I’ve had a concern it’s solved quickly. I never had an issue with my account because everything has always just worked. Great integration with quick access savings so I earn interest on money I can access when I need it with a couple of taps. The ability to split money into pots help you to budget and save, easily. I have used Monzo as a secondary bank for a few years now, decided to take the plunge recently to go across completely, best thing for me. It is easy to to use, shows everything due to be paid, really effective system. Their helpline chat is also excellent, sort anything out for you with no trouble. Monzo makes everything just so easy, especially with regards to monitoring what you're spending on what. I feel like the company actually cares that you're looking after your finances and offers many tools to help you achieve this. When I left First Direct banking after 30 years as a loyal First Direct customer I was apprehensive but pleasantly surprised by the ease of switching and acknowledgement even by First Direct customer services that Monzo were the bank benchmark for simplicity of use and variety of investment options.
