Everything is just so easy.

Incredibly convenient having everything in an app. Chat support is responsive, and any security checks I can just tap a notification, enter my pin, and the transaction gets approved. Fast better than traditional banks that require jumping in a call to clear a block... Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A thousand times better than HSBC

Everything was such a chore with my old bank. Passwords, usernames, memorable places/words/colours, special key generators. Website was clunky, app was clunky. I switched for Monzo around 2016 and haven't looked back. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy to manage my money

Monzo made the whole process of switching my bank easy, they took care of everything and from then on its been easy to track, split, and manage my money as I see fit. I have so much more control. Their staff have been immensely helpful when I've had an issue too. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo is perfect!
