Best bank I've had so far.

Best bank I've had so far, true there are no physical branches but who needs those anyway? I get my card on the mail setup the app and I'm good to go. When I have an issue the customer service is just a chat away and very quick to respond and resolve issues/doubts. Only downside is they changed the name from Mondo (which I was very fond of) but I know it wasn't a willful decision so meh. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo are the best!

Easy, powerful and effective

As above. The app is simple and elegant to use. Pots are my number 1 tool to use for personal budgeting. Managed to reach emergency fund target in a couple of months. Choosing to invest the rest. Transactions are super simple between friends. Think I now take it for granted how easy that is now. Customer service is always easy and prompt. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Everything is just so easy.

Incredibly convenient having everything in an app. Chat support is responsive, and any security checks I can just tap a notification, enter my pin, and the transaction gets approved. Fast better than traditional banks that require jumping in a call to clear a block... Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
