Banking as it should be

We have had Monzo accounts for two years and have never looked back. User friendly app (we have a few other online accounts but this one is the easiest) and great support. We used our card to get some cash out in the Dominican Republic and three times it did not work but the money was taken from our account. Nobody would help us except Monzo and they corrected the situation quickly. So in good times and bad times we believe we can rely on Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Fantastic bank

Been using monzo for 3 years now. Fantastic bank. Customer service is always fantastic and fast. Card delivery's always very quick and ability to freeze a lost card is great. The features on premium could be slightly improved but still worth the money! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A bank that really cares about the customers!

I have had the best experience with Monzo, and it has been instrumental is helping me to manage my money. I'm on a debt management plan, and the ease of the app has helped me to stick to the budget. The customer service is the best I have ever received and you can tell it's really a bank that cares for it's customers and giving them a good experience. This is the bank for the future. Monzo is the one!!

Monzo is such an easy , straightforward card.. so easy to use.. also love the bright orange colour which makes it stand out!!! You can have various pots to either save, set aside for a holiday etc!!! Any problems with your card they resolve straight away... totally wouldn’t be without mine!! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
