Monzo is the best account I have ever used. If you have mono, you don't need any other bank account. It has really friendly banking application as well. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo the most best bank

Where do I even start. This bank has truly made my finances so much better. From letting me get paid one day early for free, to telling me when I don’t have enough for my direct debits the day before it’s taken. They’ve really thought out everything and it’s amazing. You can pay and receive money from people using a simple link, you can create pots and lock them to help budget your spending and sort out your bills, or they’ll do it for you! They’ll give you a change to sort out any unarranged overdrafts before charging you, their customer service is so easy to contact. This bank is truly of the future, and soon enough high street banks will lose its credibility. THANK YOU MONZO Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo are a breath of fresh air. The app is easy and pleasant to use and the instant spend notifications are really handy. The only thing they need to improve on is customer service. In the unlikely event that you do need to get in touch with them it can take an age to get a response and you're often passed from pillar to post trying to get a comprehensive response.
