Ive been with Monzo since 2018

Ive been with Monzo since 2018 and never had any issues. I love thier pots and savings which gives me peace of mind to managing my money. Thier perks on Max that covers insurances, cinema tickets and much more at £17 per month is excellent. Ive recommended Monzo to several people now, that love the banking App. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Monzo, if you’re not with them, you’re missing out.

I pay £7 per month for Monzo perks. It’s fantastic. The benefits you get are amazing. You get 3.25% AER interest rate on your savings (pots) one free Greggs, one cinema ticket (plus 10% off food and drink at VUE) Uber One, and a railcard… all for £7 A MONTH. Phenomenal. You can also get advanced roundups a Bold Coral card (which looks sublime). There’s loads more but my point is - for £7 a month you get all that!! But even if you just use the free plan you still get your salary paid a day early, competitive interest rates and fantastic customer service. One thing also that rarely gets mentioned when talking about banks is Monzo’s app. It’s not only super simple to use, but also you get notifications the SECOND money comes in or out your account - allowing you to keep track of your finances easier. Loyalty since 2018, and I would never swap!

I've been with Monzo since 2018/2019 and I've never thought once about changing banks! They have a very Intuitive app, even my nan could use it without a problem. I pay for Monzo Max every month at £22 and my whole family (my 2 kids and fiance) are covered for holidays, my phone and partners phone are covered, I get freebies here and there and a free year of Uber One! (Which when you live in a little village, it's a massive saver!--- I save £9 delivery fees every time I order now!). I'm looking into their contents insurance to set up next as that's really good cover for a very small fee and keeping it all in one app....so easy! They run a new giveaway where you can possibly get your pay doubled or the payment of a bill back! (I hope I'll win soon!). I've had a few people move to Monzo because of how much my partner and I rave about them! Everything is just so easy and intuitive! I wouldn't never change banks! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

I’ve never had a issue with Monzo, they have multiple times recognised fraud attempts On my account and blocked and protected me and my money. They have put my pensions into one place which I love and the interest rates on pots and savings is perfect for what I was looking for Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Good banking

I have never had a massive issue with Monzo, the app is great, the perks are great, I like the Monzo flex idea and the penny challenge is brilliant. The only gripe I have is that even though I have a good credit score, I couldn't get a loan through Monzo. Apart from that, no issue! Although I'd love the chance to win the prize draw and double my salary one month! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
