The easiest way to manage my finances!

I love how transparent it is to know what I’m spending my money on, receiving real-time notifications of what goes in and out of my account was life changing! It’s incredibly easy to see where I spent my money: where other banks show cryptic numbers, Monzo actually shows the company name and even sometimes the address. It’s really easy to find specific purchases, split a payment, categorise my transactions, etc. The only thing that isn’t as great as it used to be is the customer service, which unfortunately is to be expected when companies grow... Otherwise, it’s still much better than the old dinosaurs! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Wish I had moved sooner

I only wish I hadn't kept struggling with my old bank and its rubbish app and long phone queues. The final straw for moving to Monzo was my old bank closing my local branch. Couldn't be happier with Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Brilliant for taking control of your money

Monzo surpasses all other banks in giving you up to the minute control of your bank balance and easy budgeting. It's customer care is speedy and helpful. It even makes requesting payments from friends quick and painless. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A bank that thinks AND acts smart

Monzo has had a huge impact in helping me get debt free and encouraging me to save better and smarter. Offers perks that none of the big banks can compete with and remains smart with it's UX and customer service.
