Simple. Practical. Reasonable.

Signing up was so easy, puts traditional banks in the shade. When using the Monzo card it's amazing how positive people's reactions are. If a bank were to try to be cool, it would be like Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Fantastic bank - really easy to use online

Brilliant bank - so well thought out and easy to use. If I do have a problem there are people there to help who get back to me really quickly WITHOUT me having to wait on a dreaded telephone line listening to the awful muzak. They all know what they are doing and the system couldn't be easier. If there is a mistake they get it rememedied in a couple of days at the longest rather than waiting for up to 10 working days like the majority of other banks. Mostly it is only a couple of MINUTES!
