Monzo are second to none

Monzo customer service are second to none, always get a friendly response quickly. The current account is full of useful features that have genuinely change my outlook on money and helped my manage my finances much better. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

I love Monzo !

I love Monzo ! I have used Monzo for about 6 months now and i am just about to switch my wages from being paid into my well known high street bank account to Monzo. I love how it updates instantly, you can access your wages a day early, it has little money saving incentives, it’s easy to use. All in all it’s fab. However I couldn’t rate the customer service as I have never had to use them but I’m sure they are just as amazing as the app. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Love love love Monzo

Ive been with Monzo for a few years now and the app is just absolutely brilliant, it does everything I need it to, its seamless, great UI and looks great as well. Ive signed up for the 1p challenge and its got a great little bit where you can hide the daily transactions so I dont even see the pennies going out, towards the end of the year might be harder but for now its a great little saving Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
