Why Monzo is my favourite bank

When I moved to the UK in 2019, Monzo was easy to set up and I haven't looked back since. I use the pots to help budget. I categorise mhm payments so I can track outgoings and I use savings account to help my money do more than just sit there. Reviewed on: 5th April 2025

Banking with Monzo is a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Without Monzo and their spending tools, I would probably still be living paycheck to paycheck. I am a huge fan of custom categories as they enable me to break down my spending habits where I am able to make better informed decisions each month. Automated spending round-ups means I am no longer waiting for my next payday.
