Easy to open and operate

Thankfully Monzo like to keep things simple, at a time when the big banks want to make it difficult to do anything with your own money. Granted you need to do the set up on your phone, which might not suit everyone, but it was quick and easy. Since then we've moved all our direct debits, created instant savings, and got a joint account without any drama. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

I love Monzo !

I love Monzo ! I have used Monzo for about 6 months now and i am just about to switch my wages from being paid into my well known high street bank account to Monzo. I love how it updates instantly, you can access your wages a day early, it has little money saving incentives, it’s easy to use. All in all it’s fab. However I couldn’t rate the customer service as I have never had to use them but I’m sure they are just as amazing as the app. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Love love love Monzo

Ive been with Monzo for a few years now and the app is just absolutely brilliant, it does everything I need it to, its seamless, great UI and looks great as well. Ive signed up for the 1p challenge and its got a great little bit where you can hide the daily transactions so I dont even see the pennies going out, towards the end of the year might be harder but for now its a great little saving Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
