Smart app, excellent customer service

I've been with Monzo for quite a while now and in that time I've found that the app itself has gone from strength to strength. It's well designed and easy to use and I really appreciate being able to link other accounts (as well as my mortgage) so I can see all of my information in one place. More generally, whenever I've had to speak to someone at Monzo, the customer service has always been exceptional. I always think of dealing with banking stuff as a real hassle but genuinely Monzo make it a painless experience. Helping me save money!

I find Monzo really easy to navigate, I started off using it just on holiday because you don’t need to pay fees however I use it daily now and wouldn’t go back. It’s helping me save money aswell as I’m using the savings pots and joined the 1p challenge. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Great bank!

Great bank, really helps make you aware of your finances. Sends notifications with outgoings and incomings, so you do not always have to open the app. You can easily create and move money into pots and savings accounts. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
