Monzo Forever

I have a standard account with Monzo.

I have a standard account with Monzo. I don’t pay for any extras and I find it really easy to use. I like how easy and simple the layout is, and being able to quickly transfer money and just being able to move your money around so easy. It’s so simple to pay other people as well, and I really like the “pots” feature. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Keep up the good work!

Monzo has been my bank provider since the day I moved to the UK to work. My collegues needed me to set up an account fast and for a foreigner who is just starting to adjust to a new country this sometimes can be tricky. Compared with the other banks Monzo was the easiest and fastest to sign up to, and 5 years after i don't regret that choice. I've seen many useful changes being implementent over the years which have made the usability better. I'm always in control of my finances which gives me a great peace of mind. I'm using Monzo for my personal account and I also set up a joint account which works very well (it took sometime to be approved though and until them we were using the shared tabs function which is not too bad). The only thing i've not been using is the Flex credit card because I feel it doesn't actually provide the benefits of an actual credit card. Reviewed on: 26th April 2024

Great digital banking

I have been with Monzo for about 4 or 5 years. Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, polite and helpful. Their app is very easy to use, they are always imroving it and ask for recommendatins from customers on how to improve. Credit card called Flex with the option of 3 months interest free or spread payments over 12 months. Interest rates are very fair. Have recommended this bank in the past and would do so again. a next-level bank...

Monzo is a next-level bank, easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. The key features easily accessible, and in addition to often being the first to introduce new features and services, they actively engage their customer based.
