I love Monzo

I love the ability to easily start a conversation with someone via the chat if I have a question, especially because everyone is super friendly and uses simple language! I’ve recently upgraded my Monzo account and wish I’d done it sooner, it gives me great visibility of all my accounts including external accounts easily.
