Couldn't rate them high enough. They make life easy!

They are very easy to get hold of when you need help. Their app layout is the most intuitive of all the banking apps I have and make managing my money a breeze! They know their customer base inside out which is reflected by their overall brand image but also how they interact with their customers. They have made saving a possibility for me when I have always struggled before. 10/10 all round. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

The one standout experience is for when...

The one standout experience is for when i was travelling central america using the monzo card. I accidentally locked myself out my account but was freaking out as timezones were hugely different and i needed money to pay for my hostel and it was the only card they would take. I expected it to be hours of waiting but within an hour the issue was resolved. cannot stress enough how quick and easy the whole process was. In fact it was so okay that when I locked myself out again (stupidly) i didn't panic the second time !! Ever since then I've raved about Monzo. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
