Been with Monzo for over 4 years and the customers service is outstanding. I'm now using them while abroad and have never ran into any issues. They have set the bar high for other bankers to improve their app user experience. I've always referred Monzo, and will continue to do so! Reviewed on: 4th April 2024

I love everything about Monzo - their easy online banking system, the pots (total game changer), and that they are SO different to the traditional banks of years gone by. A breath of fresh air. I love my monzo bank account because it enables me to round up purchases and add money into a savings pot. I also love the breakdown of spending and how simple it is to use the app. I have referred family too and received £5 for doing so! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
