Monzo has made me feel trusting of banks again

Monzo has made me feel trusting of banks and financial institutions again. Having previously banked with older banks, I always had the opinion that they didn't care about me and were ultimately out to get my money. Customer service was poor and they didn't help me to make good financial decisions. Monzo has turned this on its head and I feel like I have the knowledge and tools finally to be financially secure. I have been a customer for 5 years after having terrible experiences with high street banks. I’ve never had an issue with Monzo and have customisability beyond what I need - when I rarely have an issue, Monzo promptly resolve it. So much easier to use than any other bank account. Monzo has set the standard for mobile banking and making your personal finance more accessible. Whether it’s the pot saving tools, the budgeting help, or the ease of sending money between friends. Just how simple it is to click into the app and immediately know what I’ve been spending and when is already so much better than traditional mobile banking. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
