Ive been using Monzo as my main account since 2018.

Ive been using Monzo as my main account since 2018. I was previously with Barclays and the Co Op. Barclays were a nightmare to deal with so I jumped at the chance of a new bank. The whole app interface is excellent and there FAQ/chat service is always helpful and easy to use. Never had a long term issues and someone always gets back to me in 24hrs. Love the pots, the virtual cards, the saving accounts and the whole transparency of the set up. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Monzo, International Students Saviour

Being an international student, where other banks were not helping me with my queries. MONZO was my saviour and helped set up my bank account within a day. I was able to travel through London all thanks to Monzo. Its amazing and simple to use. And I like the share link to send to someone to ask for payments. Christmas miracle

I’m with Monzo over 5 years, and in the end of 2023 before Christmas my money been stolen from bank account. But luckily I had positive experience and Monzo team helped me got my money back. They been working even on Christmas day, investigating my account. Want to tell big thank you to everyone who helped me. Inivative bank
