Customer service is disgusting

I have been a customer of Monzo for years now but out of the blue they froze my account with no explanation or warning I have tried to call and email with no reply they have blocked the app for me so. L live chat they have all my money I can't pay my bills ect but still no reply from anyone Reviewed on: 9th February 2024
