This bank is modern compared to that of my previous high street bank. I can be paid the day before my pay day which is always nice. The app is easy to use and has many features that other apps do not. Reviewed on: 12th February 2024

Good support, and a great bank!

I haven’t had to contact Monzo customer support. Often but I have asked about my loan and it did take a day or 2 to get a response. Which the response wasn’t to much help until I asked a more before I got a response to be query. Reviewed on: 12th February 2024
