Unlike any other bank

I’ve recently fell into financial difficulties and Monzo have been fantastic with there responses. They have been caring and supportive with there responses to my situation. Completely unlike any financial company I’ve ever dealt with before. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024

Great features

Monzo is really really easy to use. I like that it shows upcoming payments to ensure I have enough money in my account for the payments and their staff are really helpful. Excellent service throughout 12 years of Monzo

Have been with Monzo for 12 years, our first card being A type of prepaid card. The transition to a proper bank account was easy and the excellent service has continued with not one problem encountered. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024

Incredibly accessible!

Very easy to use and navigate .Everyone in the Uk should have a monzo account it is so easy to register and start right away .I use my monzo app to send money to Nigeria .All international students in the Uk have an Monzo account and I think that is incredible. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024
