Monzo makes banking easy

I have used Monzo for a few years now and not only do they keep delivering amazing features in their app their customer service is on point! Quick, helpful and friendly. It’s exactly how banking should be. Thanks Monzo for changing the out of date banking model and making banking more of a pleasure than a chore! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

All you need is an internet connection

So easy to set up account and transfer from old account, same with pension, was so easy to transfer to Monzo Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I love Monzo.

I love Monzo. I'm glad my eldest son recommended this to me back in April 2018, purely because I was going to Cyprus & needed a card to use out there. What else keeps me with Monzo over high street banks is that I can set up 'pots' & have 'round ups' from my main account, so it's kinda like saving without even knowing it. If you have direct debits going out of your account. Monzo sends notifications of this a couple of day's before. Handy!! I've since got a Business account with a Tax pot set up from that & I've recently got my under 16 an account. Monzo keep doing what you're doing!! 10 out 10!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I love the saving challenge, the usability of the app, the more colloquial tone in the app, the putting all past pensions in one place and when needed, speaking to a real person if an issue has arisen with a transaction (which is swifty sorted, unlike with barclays who are my credit card provider). No notes! I’ve always had a great experience with Monzo - fantastic UX and app design, easy to use and understand. Their benefits and perks are clearly advertised and I feel like I’m getting value for money for what I get vs what I pay for the Perks account. Help bank and support is great - 9/10 has the info I’m looking for and on the few occasions it hasn’t then customer support has been quick and efficient. I feel like Monzo cares about me as a customer and that’s why I’ve stayed with them. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Experience with Monzo as the primary current account

Monzo is my primary current account. The app is among the best for UK banks and include many features. Although I wish a few features were included in the free plan, the subscription tier Extra is still worth the money so far. It is very easy to organize savings and expenses to various pots as well.
