I have had an account since January 2018 - love it.....

I have had an account since January 2018 - loved it ever since. I use it abroad and love that I can spend in local currency without loading before I go or expensive bank charges and best exchange rate too!. I have investments, flex account , savings and persks too. Not had any drawbacks and when I have had to contact them (a recharge dispute on card) the customer service was fast, supportive and effective.I recommend Monzo to everyone - I got my husband into Monzo too - its a family thing. Best current account app on the market. The technological features are the main selling point for me, and simply blow every other competitor out of the water. Definitely some issues with half-finished features here and there, and customer support has been significantly side-lined since the early days. Overall though, remain a very happy customer.
