Couldn't live without it

Monzo has made otherwise tedious banking tasks very smooth and I would not know what to do without it now. My partner and I have a joint account - we hardly ever have to discuss bills and payments as its all there on Monzo with comments and importantly - emojis :) Reviewed on: 14th April 2023

It's the bank that worked out how I want to bank

I joined Monzo a few years ago and it has honestly changed my life for the better. I used to fear logging into my bank account, because it was overly complicated, not intuitive and didn't put the customer at the forefront of the experience. It feels to me like Monzo got inside my head and offered an experience and products that I wanted (some things I didn't even know I needed). Easy and contactable

Best bank!

I love Monzo, especially the 'pots' it really helps me split out my wages in to separate categories, for example, I have the following pots: Bills & Direct Debits, Spending, Saving, Petrol, Food Shop and Takeaways. It really helps me see where my money is going for the month, how much I'm spending and it helps me to save my money, because I've set myself a spending limit for each month! An App that will change your life

Before Monzo I was never able to track my expenses, save for an emergency fund, having a clear picture of my finances. After many years and many apps I’ve tried to manage my money I still think Monzo is the best on the market. Love it! Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Can't fault it

Fantastic current account, used to switch service from my previous bank which was swift and no issues, customer service is fantastic, very friendly and always sort any issues no problem. The flex option is a fantastic option for when in need. Finally the 4pm day before payday option is a lovely bonus for a Friday especially!
