Easy, User-Friendly and Responsive

I joined Monzo 4 years ago, to use a card internationally for travel. It was meant to be a travel card but was so easy to use, transfer money across and instant payment notifications meant I transitioned my daily banking across to my Monzo account. Amazing, in all aspects, great for travellers

I have a Monzo plus account which allows me to do so much more than the free account which includes things like having all my other accounts in the Monzo app, checking my credit score, creating extra cards for online use to keep my money safe as well as when I go abroad I know exactly how much I'm spending as it shows me the conversion straight in the app as soon as I pay for my shopping, with the added bonus of great conversion rates. The recent addition of sending money abroad with these great conversion rates is a great bonus to see. Reviewed on: 17th April 2023

Easy saving and bill splitting

My main driver for Monzo was originally holiday bill splitting with many people... So easy for one person to pay and then just split a bill between everyone. I forget the convenience of it sometimes because I've been doing it so long. Roundups became a grate way to save without noticing too. You can multiplly it too. And with that and a few random end of the month underspends, were off on holiday with those savings! Never had to speak to anyone as I've never had an issue, and they've made everything so simple. Money made easy

Monzo have made a user friendly app to help to monitor and control your money. They incentivise joining with sign up and sign up a friend rewards. and make it super easy to send, split and request money with saved contacts from phone numbers make it really user friendly. Easy, convenient banking - isn't that what we all want?

Easy access, navigation and support. I have banked with Monzo for 2 years and wouldn't consider anyone else. Availability of day to day banking products is at a fingers touch, pots to split out spending, savings goals to monitor progress (or lack of it!), with simple application process for loans and overdrafts - what more could I ask for?
