Next level tools helped me budget and save better than I could imagine

Monzo truly go above and beyond with the tools they provide. I've only ever had to contact customer service once (because they're so good I don't even need to) and their support system was stellar, everything was as easy and convenient as it could possibly be and all the staff are as friendly as possible. They offer so much and have honestly helped me budget and save like never before. I truly feel in control of my money. I would happily recommend monzo to anyone. Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

Superb and simple banking

I’ve been using Monzo as my main bank account for several years now, and am still delighted regularly by how much simpler it’s made managing my money. I feel far more in touch with my finances, and more able to keep track of my spending. As someone with ADHD, I can struggle with impulse spending - Monzo really helps me stay on track and set savings goals for myself, which has made a huge difference to my life. Amazing & Simple

There’s nothing hidden or difficult with the account. Everything is where you need it, and you can plan your months spending around predicted spending which has been huge for me in earning financial confidence! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Convenient and helpful

I love the pots feature, so convenient. I have a savings account with Monzo, and I appreciate that I was alerted as soon as they opened a new savings account instant access saver of their own with a higher interest rate. The switch from one to the other was so easy. I’m yet to have any issues so can’t speak for their customer service team directly, but their marketing and socials are so fun - top tier! Great bank with so many great features

The Bank we all needed growing up

Being a Monzo customer has made me more of a so-called responsible adult. The banking app has made budgeting easier, saving easier and paying bills and people easier. Thr team behind the coral are always so responsive, friendly and don't treat you like an idiot. Finally and funnily, Monzo have the best social media team of any institution!
