Back where I belong

I used Monzo for about 3 years and loved how easy it was. However I didn’t realise how much it made me manage my money better. I switched current accounts 5 months ago on lure of a switching bonus and wow was that a bad move. The other more ‘traditional bank’ was so much harder, no notifications or spending insights. A clunky app which wasn’t intuitive and I had no clue where I was from a budget and bills perspective. I’ve reopened a Monzo account now and feel so much more organised and back on track after just 2 weeks back. I know where I’m staying from now on! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Monzo are engaged, forward thinking and Customer orientated. I’ve come to learn that through the years banks are just businesses and nothing more, yet when it comes to ‘value for money’ monzo are head and shoulders above the rest. Quick contact methods. Resolutions in minutes, money saving functions that fit with the modern lifestyle and new innovative opportunities to socially bank with friends and family.
