Monzo are a wonderful customer experience focused bank

I’ve only had great experiences with monzo, their customer service representatives can’t do enough, I’ve never once found the “online bank” to be an issue or offer anything less than a high street bank, monzo is just a great bank to be with! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Simple, efficient and user friendly

I used Monzo for just over a year and I have been a fan of them since. They were perfect for using overseas and did not require any heavy paperwork to set it up. I have had no issues with them since my opening. The app is fantastic and allows easy usage and up to date transactions and also includes the differences in rates between foreign currencies.
