Big fan!

Monzo Max is the first time I've ever paid for a bank account, and it's such good value for money. I do, however, wish that the travel insurance was a little bit better, I believe it only has a 3* Defaqto rating which worries me somewhat. I also have a free business account with Monzo. I find the app user friendly and reliable. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I wish I had joined monzo sooner!

I wish I had joined monzo sooner!. Their app is so user friendly and it has also meant I have been able to open an account for my 7 year old and teach her the value of money and set up weekly spending money for her. I love the features such as sending monzo me links for ease of receiving a payment for an owed bill and the split bill function too! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I really enjoy using Monzo because it makes managing my money feel simple, clear and stress-free. The app is incredibly easy to use, and I love being able to see exactly where my money is going in real time. Features like instant spending notifications, budgeting tools and savings pots help me stay organised and in control without feeling overwhelmed. Everything feels transparent and user-focused, and it’s obvious a lot of thought has gone into making banking more accessible and modern. AMAZING!!

I’ve had monzo for over 5 years and I’ve never had an issue, I’ve extended to a joint account, ISA savings and recently started investing. All very easy and explained clearly on the app. Any support is quickly found either on the app or by contacting them. The free Greg’s ever week is a good bonus too!!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
