I love Monzo, there are never any barriers to what I want to do, its all accessible in the app to the point I have never had to call up. Couple that with Flex, reporting and virtual cards amongst other things it covers all my needs. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Followed my daughter's advice and opened an account, a decision well made, app is brilliant virtually instant response by the time they have chance to say do you want a receipt transaction shows in account, also very easy to use. As a immigrant as soon as I got my residence permit I was looking for work but as important to get a job was to figure out how I would receive my wages and I applied to a variety of different banks but none would accept me and monzo opened my account right away allowing me to start a new life in UK, this was 3 years ago and now that I've grown my score and credit history I manage to open several other bank accounts but the one that I consider the best is the one from Monzo, no other can replace them.
