Easy, reliable and friendly.

Monzo have helped me be better in control of my money. I believe I have ADHD which is why money has always been hard for me to manage. The pots feature helps me budget for bills and put money aside for the month. There are no fees for unpaid DDs etc and I can have a virtual card for each pot which helps too. Close to perfect

The bank, and app, are excellent. It's very clear to get a full overview of your finances, with helpful tools to aid navigation and understanding of your financial situation. If the customer service was a little easier to get to, these guys would be 10/10. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Basic and Simple

I have used Monzo as a spending account for 5 years and haven't had any issues. Most problems are quickly rectified online, and the app is fast. They could do with a Physical Hub or Branch which is a bit easier for older folks Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
