Monzo convinced me to make them my primary bank. The others, who I will not name, only seemed to want to communicate when they needed something. Fixed my relationship with money

I had been in and out of my overdraft continuously since being given the facility at 18yrs old. I was never able to remember all the little things I would regularly spend money on and then waste that money on new shiny things. Within months of being at Monzo I left my overdraft and haven’t been back in it since. I’ve also paid off all my credit card debt and started some savings. Their algorithm and predictive spending calculations, combined with pots to keep allocated money safe, have changed my life. I can’t rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
