Monzo makes your money work

Monzo is best when you go all-in, bringing together the majority of your banking needs to one app. The current account on its own is fantastic all the same, it just works. And with extra perks and incentives constantly being added in, I can't imagine going to another bank. Even as the free base level account it's a great choice, but the paid options are great for people with the right needs and they add real value. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Brilliant service dealing with a payment issues

I recently had a very bad and extremely frustrating experience with a company after buying vouchers that then didn’t work - despite numerous online ‘chats’ and emails they would not refund. I contacted Monzo as a last resort, not even sure if they would be able to help, and they were amazing - within hours of reporting it, they refunded me the full amount. The other company went on at a later date to refund me and Monzo notified me and allowed 30 days before taking the money back. A great experience in my opinion Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Outstanding UX and easy management of my money. Anti-fraud features are a real plus too. Showing everything in one place is easy and the little innovations like roundups and gamified savings are great for helping put small amounts of money aside. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
