Amazing app but abysmal customer support

The app is arguably the best in the business as it provides you with basically any features you can think of. But the customer support is basically useless. It takes half a day for someone to respond to you in the app and typically its just a simple response and the case is closed without solving your problem. Great bank to manage your money spendings but if there is any problems, I would not expect it to be solved by them. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

User-friendly and convenient banking experience

I'm a customer of Monzo since 2022. As someone who arrived in the UK from overseas I needed a reliable bank card for managing all types of transactions and being able to pay the rent, receive a salary and make purchases from online shops. Thankfully, this online bank provided me with a hassle-free and efficient solution. The registration process was very smooth and the card was shipped to me quickly. Since then, I've been using this card for all types of transactions without any problems. I also use the banking app very actively and I'm impressed by it's features and user-friendliness. I like managing my finances with a separate accounts, or "pots", to set money aside and automatically sort incoming money and direct debits spending. This feature helps me to stay organised and protect my finances from physical or digital card theft. Overall, I highly recommend this online bank for an excellent service and features. Easy, reliable, robust

Monzo’s app is very easy to use, shows all relevant information in a clear and easily-understood way. The information you need to know is very easy to access, and is regularly communicated to you. Their customer support team are sympathetic and very effective. The app also performs much more robustly than traditional banking apps. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Easy banking!

Monzo is so easy to use, and I don’t even need to work out my budget anymore because of the “sort payment” button I can put all of my outgoings into my pots, set up standing orders to be paid from the relevant pot, so with one click I can pay all my bills and outgoings in a few seconds. I would highly recommend Monzo to anyone and if your good at budgeting or not Monzo makes you an expert! Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Love Monzo

My husband told me about Monzo and I was not sure about an app bank however since opening an account everything has been easy and brilliant. No negative experiences when applying for an overdraft loan or flex. They come across gentle and friendly. I would highly recommend Monzo to anyone and everyone. Best bank ever!

Monzo is by far the best bank I’ve used, the premium account features are brilliant and other features such as easily manegable overdraft, flex payments and loans why would you go anywhere else?!?
