Rubbish customer service and security

Monzo did not give any support and ignored me when I noticed fraudulent attempts of someone using my card. I attempted to contact Monzo multiple times about this with no reply. Then someone attempted to take 1000$ out of my account. This was only blocked because I didn’t have enough funds in there. Monzo customer service was appalling and this could’ve been stopped. Great online Bank, great customer service

Great online bank, easy to keep on top of your spending when you’re able to pick your phone up and check it there and then. Very sercure as as soon as a payment is made it comes up on your phone. Easy to order replacement cards and pins and customer service is great always happy to help and resolve any issues which thankfully I haven’t had. Really intuitive app. The availability of pots and savings options make managing money so simple. Really useful tools also included are credit score reports and spending trackers. Fantastic bank - highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
